Job description

Principal People is currently working on behalf of a well-established training organization seeking a Freelance Scaffolding Trainer.

This trainer will undertake ad hoc training requirements as needed, primarily at their training centre in Surrey, with occasional sessions at external client sites.

The organization offers ad hoc days per month, including delivery of a 1-day Basic Scaffold Awareness course and a 3-day CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection Course.

The role pays a day rate of £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35).

Key criteria:

• Hold CISRS certification
• Have completed the 3-day Basic Scaffold Inspection course
• Have completed the 2-day Advanced Scaffold course (or be willing to undertake it, paid for by the company)
• Experience in scaffolding
• Availability for ad-hoc training sessions
• Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels
