Position: Freelance Regional Sales Representative (Manchester)

Location: Hybrid (Mostly remote with client visits)

Contract type: Freelance – Commission-based

About the Role

We are an international leader in office furniture design with over 40 years of experience. As we expand across the UK, we’re looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

With a remote-first culture, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy, supported by a London showroom and an international, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities (dealers, architects, design studios)
  • Present our premium product range to potential clients
  • Manage client visits and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Share market insights and contribute to sales strategy discussions
  • Maintain CRM updates and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in design, architecture, or contract furniture
  • OR a strong motivation to grow in sales with a relevant background
  • Fluency in English (C1–C2)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PCon Planner is a plus
  • A professional network in design, architecture, or contract furniture is highly advantageous
