Job summary

Virgin Active Northampton is seeking a Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions and foster a welcoming community within our club. You will motivate members to move well, feel stronger and enjoy being part of the Virgin Active group exercise community.

Hold a Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification and maintain public liability insurance of at least £2 million. Conversion workshops are available for those with accredited Reformer training.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification.
• Conversion workshop available for those with recognised accredited Reformer training.
• In-house qualifications from other operators that are not externally accredited cannot be accepted.

• Drive strong class occupancy and positive member feedback scores.
