In this role, you’ll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your expertise will help organizations find the right match for their teams. Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our tracking systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Solid understanding of recruitment methods and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
