An innovative and focussed Construction services provider with a sound reputation for delivering quality works is seeking to expand their team to address an increase in workload.

They are in need of an experienced Quantity Surveyor with sound knowledge of the commercial process to assist the team with a series of refurbishment contracts across the Mid and South Devon areas.

Working on payment applications, variations and sub-contractor payments on schemes to £2m, the successful candidate will be liaising with the operations teams and supply chain whilst reporting into the Commercial Manager.

In addition to previous experience gained within a main contracting business specifically engaged on refurbishment works, you should have sound communication and negotiation skills, together with a strong commercial acumen.
