Freelance Project Manager – Creative Studio

Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Project Manager to support our Creative Studio team. You’ll be involved in coordinating installations and activations. Our department is responsible for realizing a wide variety of creations, from 3D billboards to full set installations.

What you’ll be doing:

Our Creative Studio manages numerous outdoor poster frames and sites across London and the UK, used to create spill boards with artwork extending beyond the frame. We also add large 3D props, lights, sound, vinyls, and smoke machines to enhance installations. Additionally, we help clients bring experiential ideas and campaigns to life, providing sets, actors, and locations.

You will be hardworking, conscientious, reliable, methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to instructions. Your responsibilities include coordinating quotes, writing scope of works, supporting on-site activations, producing timelines, sourcing props, and maintaining quality across projects.

You should have strong project management skills, a client-facing demeanor, be organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
