Job Description

I am currently representing a growing main contractor who is seeking to recruit a freelance Project Manager, with the possibility of going permanent, for a £6m Commercial Refurbishment scheme in Park Royal.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will be the No.1 on the scheme, responsible for managing a site team including SM, ASM, and QS, with duties encompassing programme management, design, and buildability. You will report to a visiting Operations Manager.

The developer for this project is a repeat business client for the main contractor, and there are further opportunities to maximize work on this project. Therefore, it requires a strong, client-facing individual with a commercial mindset.

Rate: £380-£390 per day - CIS/Paye Umbrella
