Job description

Freelance Project Manager required for a 14M 3 new build commercial units and 1 new build retail unit in Peterborough which a projected 12 month programme, scheme is portal frame with piling and a retaining wall. As the project lead you will be responsible for managing the scheme from its inception and as well as managing the full build process you will also be responsible for managing the design and dealing with client throughout the build.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid as well as a proven track record delivering portal frame schemes as a no.1 will be a mandatory requirement.

This role is outside the scope of IR35
