Job Description

Freelance Project Manager required for a £14M scheme involving 3 new build commercial units and 1 new build retail unit in Peterborough. The project features a portal frame with piling and a retaining wall.

As the project lead, you will be responsible for managing the scheme from inception through to completion. Your duties will include overseeing the full build process, managing the design, and liaising with the client throughout the project.

Mandatory requirements include:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid certification
• Proven track record delivering portal frame schemes as a No.1

This role is outside the scope of IR35.
