Overview

Project Manager £5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands. Working for a Developer, managing a project through to completion circa May 2026. This is a client facing role, working closely with the Developer.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with and lead a team including a Site Manager, 2 Supervisors and labourers, supported by a visiting H&S Manager, TSM and Quantity Surveyor, reporting into a Director.
• Attend daily DABs meetings.
• Produce short- to medium-term programmes.
• Ensure all documentation, sub-contractor RAMS and related documentation are in order.
• Manage stringent Quality Assurance processes and upload all relevant documentation on ASITE.
• Project scope includes a gymnasium, cinema, changing facilities, flexible working area and other communal areas.
