Job Description:

• Provide onsite support for end users at both locations (1st & 2nd level)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Set up and maintain Windows-based clients (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Assist with hardware replacements, rollouts, and upgrades
• Support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
• Log and document issues in the ITSM/ticketing system
• Act as backup technician, covering the other site when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
• Knowledge in ServiceNow
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WLAN/printers)
• Valid driving license & willingness to travel between sites
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English
