A technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their London office. This role involves delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for around 50–100 users. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365. The position offers a freelance contract with the possibility of travel to other company locations across England.

You will support around 50–100 users on-site and provide occasional off-site support at other company locations across England.
