Job summary

Blue Forest (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month freelance contract on a luxury timber-frame project in Surrey / South West London. You will lead day-to-day site management, coordinating contractors, deliveries and safety, ensuring progress is on programme.

We require 5+ years in construction, strong experience in high-end residential builds, and qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Managers Card.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' construction experience in high-end residential projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Managers Card.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for contractors and visitors.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works meet programme.
• Manage deliveries, materials, site access and unloading safely.
• Conduct site walkarounds and monitor workmanship and progress.
• Read and maintain construction drawings and technical information.
• Maintain site records and programme updates.
• Handle on-site design queries with the project team.
• Oversee site safety, RAMS and compliance.
• Run site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with Project Manager and Operations Director to resolve issues.
