Job summary

The Event Academy is seeking a motivated intern to support wedding and private event planners in a luxury events agency. The role offers hands-on on-the-day experience across research, concept development, client proposals, budgeting, and supplier liaison in a fast-paced team.

Ideal for someone passionate about weddings with a can-do attitude. Hybrid work, with some evenings and weekends required, and a London-based commute two to three times a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client enquiries
• Attend proposals at London venues
• Research and brainstorm new ideas to pitch
• Assist in writing plans for clients
• Liaise with suppliers (venues, photographers, videographers, florists, etc.)
• Update event systems with relevant information
• Maintain office/storage/props
• Answer main phone calls and route appropriately
• Support other administrative tasks as needed
• Attend networking events
• Write blog posts
• Opportunity to help plan weddings and other celebrations
