We are a creative agency seeking a talented freelance junior to midweight graphic designer to join our growing team. Initially remote, this role has the potential to evolve into a hybrid working arrangement, with some in-office collaboration in Hertfordshire. If you're passionate about design, keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team, and looking for an opportunity to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be working on a variety of exciting client projects across branding, digital, and print. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking direction but also confident in contributing ideas and showing initiative. Initially project-based, this freelance position has the potential to develop into a long-term working relationship with more consistent work for the right person.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of branding design principles and identity development
• Experience working with brand guidelines and preparing print-ready artwork
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to project needs
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical skill, and versatility

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with web tools such as Wix and Figma
• Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro

• You must be based in or around Hertfordshire, or within a realistic commuting distance for future in-office work.
