Job Description:

We are looking for Freelance FF&E Designers for a medium-sized Interior Design Studio known for creating uniquely beautiful interiors for high-end luxury hospitality venues. The studio was awarded in 2021 for the Best Bar within a 5-star luxury hotel and is currently seeking additional freelance designers due to an increased pipeline of work.

The studio fully embraces remote working for UK-based employees and works with several repeat clients. They employ 40 professionals, including Planners, Art experts, FF&E Designers, and Interior Designers, working on a variety of trendy hospitality projects.

We are hiring 2 FF&E Designers to support different programs over the next 3-6 months, with potential extensions. Candidates should have experience with costings, scheduling, data sheets, procurement, and large hotel projects, and be willing to travel within Europe. Excellent presentation skills are required, and knowledge of textiles, arts, French, or German languages is a bonus.

Applicants must demonstrate proven experience on similar projects and be prepared to show sample datasheets and schedules during interviews. Immediate availability or a start within a few weeks is essential.

The client offers 100% remote working from within the UK, with options to hot desk in London. Workweeks can be 4 or 5 days, totaling 32-40 hours. Contracting options include Sole Trader, LTD (approx. £200/day), or FTC PAYE (£35K-£40K pro-rata).
