Freelance FF&E Designers
This medium-sized Interior Design Studio is known for creating uniquely beautiful interiors for high-end luxury hospitality venues. They were award winners in 2021 for the Best Bar within a 5-star luxury hotel and urgently need freelance FF&E Designers.
The studio fully embraces remote working, with 100% remote options for UK-based employees. They work with several repeat clients and employ 40 people, including Planners, Art experts, FF&E Designers, and Interior Designers, in a relaxed environment on a wide portfolio of trendy hospitality schemes.
Due to increased workload, this studio, which currently employs several White Space contractors, is looking for 2 additional FF&E Designers to support two different projects for the next 3-6 months, with potential extensions.
1. An FF&E Designer with experience in costings, scheduling, data sheets, and procurement, willing to travel to Europe, with excellent presentation skills. A background in Textiles/Arts and proficiency in French/German would be advantageous.
2. An FF&E Designer experienced in costings, scheduling, data sheets, large hotel projects, supplier knowledge, and reclamation processes.
Applicants must have proven experience in similar projects and be prepared to show sample datasheets and schedules during interviews, respecting NDAs.
These positions are urgent; applicants should be available immediately or within a few weeks.
The client offers 100% remote work within the UK, with options to hot desk in London. Workweeks can be 4 or 5 days, 32-40 hours per week, with contracting options including Sole Trader, LTD (approx. £200/day), or FTC PAYE (£35K-£40K pro-rata).
