We are looking for a Freelance Integrated Designer to work with our client on an ad hoc basis

As our Designer, you’ll work independently as well as support a Sr. Art Director and CD, and collaborate with other designers, content creators and a variety of specialists. Website design experience (UI being the main area)

Experienced within EB campaigns

Accountabilities

  • Understand our client’s recruitment marketing strategy and overall business objectives
  • Develop internal and external communications that follow brand guidelines
  • Create collateral, presentations and proposals for the sales team
  • Some brand development, including logo creation, typography, color scheme, etc.
  • Responsible for integrating and managing brand image and messaging for internal and external recruitment
  • Ability to prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates
  • Produce ready-to-publish files (print or digital) without error
  • Strong attention to detail and proof-reading final content to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
  • Retouching imagery where necessary

Requirements

  • 2-3 years professional design experience
  • Video/animation/motion experience: Able to work in Adobe Premier and/or After Effects
  • A good balance of digital and print—a love for design across platforms
  • Working knowledge of MS product suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Understanding of social media standards/best practices (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Fast and accurate production skills; able to prepare files for print or digital publishing
  • Good communication skills, along with a polite phone manner and global thought mentality
  • Mac OS literacy
  • Good typography and layout skills—a keen eye for what looks right
  • A love for design and creativity!
  • Portfolio demonstrating the above—online or PDF format would be appreciated
  • Comfortable working as part of a remote and decentralized team; some travel
