A leading global food safety company is seeking a Freelance Food Safety Auditor in Hull. The role involves conducting evaluations and providing training to clients in the food service industry. Ideal candidates should have a Level 4 Food Safety qualification and certifications in food safety. Applicants must be located near Hull and have their own transportation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety and brand standards evaluations at client locations.

Skills

Food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, NEHA)

Experience in retail food safety

Job Description:

EcoSure, a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is expanding globally. We are seeking a Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in the Hull area.

Our specialists are trusted safety experts providing comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help clients in the food service and hospitality industry maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection.

What you will do:

• Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations
• Consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with account management teams to resolve client challenges
• Perform a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Access and utilize industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information
• Provide accurate reports and maintain effective customer communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Level 4 Food Safety qualification
• Based in or near the territory
• Own car/transport with a full clean driving license
• Availability on weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Auditing and hospitality experience

Skills and Knowledge:

• Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials preferred
• Experience in retail food safety and brand standards reviews
• Teaching or coaching experience in a food-related field
• Strong relationship management and consulting skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
