Brandon James Limited is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Consultant for freelance contract work across Liverpool, Manchester and Yorkshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality fire risk assessments, ensuring compliance with UK fire safety legislation and industry standards.

You will conduct assessments across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and educational properties, producing detailed reports and liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification is essential.
• Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments across multiple property types.
• Strong understanding of current UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Experience assessing complex and high-risk buildings.
• Excellent communication, reporting and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage their own diary and work independently.
• Professional, reliable and organised approach to delivering assessments.
• Memberships or additional fire safety qualifications are advantageous.

• Ability to manage their own diary and work independently.
