About the Role:

Reporting into a Team Leader (each team is circa 5-7) and up to the Director of Professional Services, you will join a market-leading team of professionals to undertake risk assessments and advise on fire, health, and safety matters at mainly low- to mid-rise buildings, supporting our established portfolio of clients across residential, commercial, and retail segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake risk assessments including fire and health and safety, ensuring the earning target is met.
  • Conduct various fire, health, and safety assignments within your competency.
  • Deliver client reports within the agreed SLA, ensuring a forensic and pragmatic approach to achieve the Ark 'Gold Standard'.
  • Design health and safety site management systems tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct onsite briefings and advise on risk management improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Share knowledge with other consultants to promote continuous learning.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of controlling risks and compliance related to our online management system QUOODA.
  • Stay updated with technical and regulatory requirements impacting clients.
  • Perform any reasonable requests made by the line manager.

Practical Requirements:

  • Possess a full driving license and the ability to travel by car or public transport to assignments.
  • Set up a suitable home office for connectivity, safety, and productivity to facilitate hybrid working.
