Job Description:

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Finance Manager to support a fast-growing agency working at the intersection of talent, influencer marketing, and the creator economy. Founded in late 2024, the agency has quickly scaled to a team of four and is now seeking a dedicated finance partner to take ownership of its day-to-day financial operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who ideally has experience working within talent, media, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing invoicing and payment tracking for brand campaigns and talent activity.
• Credit control – monitoring outstanding payments and following up where needed.
• Producing monthly finance reports and basic cashflow overviews.
• Supporting financial forecasting and budget planning (nice to have).
• Assisting with P&L reviews and helping the founder make informed financial decisions (nice to have).
• Liaising with external accountants where necessary.
• Helping implement simple systems and processes to make finance run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid finance management experience, ideally within influencer marketing, talent, creator agencies, or media/advertising.
• Confidence working independently and owning the finance function end-to-end.
• Clear communicator with a friendly, collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable using accounting tools and creating simple reports.
• Someone solutions-focused who enjoys helping growing businesses feel more in control of their finances.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of creator/talent brand deal structures.
• Experience with forecasting and strategic finance support.
