Job summary

Word360 is seeking skilled, passionate interpreters to provide face-to-face language support for individuals with limited English proficiency in Coventry. You will interpret across health and social care settings, liaising with NHS, councils, charities, and private partners, while travelling within the Coventry area.

This is a self-employed role; you’ll be responsible for your own tax registrations with HMRC and for arranging DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and additional language
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple assignments
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child and Adult Workforce, with Barred Lists) and HMRC self-employment readiness

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face interpretation in health and social care settings
• Travel within Coventry area to support assignments
• Work as a self-employed interpreter and manage tax registrations with HMRC
