Job summary

Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK who can create Energy Performance Certificates and take on ad hoc assignments.

You’ll be paid £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee) for properties with up to 6 bedrooms, with flexible invitations that you may accept or decline. Applicants should have DBS/Disclosure certificates within 3 years, appropriate insurance, and an assessor ID.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Punctuality, reliability and confidence working independently.
• A basic DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• A valid Assessor ID.
