Job summary

Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK to create Energy Performance Certificates on an ad hoc basis. You may accept or decline appointments, with earnings of £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee) for properties up to six bedrooms.

Applicants must have excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A basic DBS, DBS Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• A valid Assessor ID.

Responsibilities

• Create Energy Performance Certificates for properties across the UK.
• Work as a freelance member of Viewber’s assessor network.
• Accept or reject appointment invitations as convenient.
