• Confidence working independently.

Arun Associates is expanding, and we’re looking to connect with experienced freelance or consultant Building Surveyors to support our growing portfolio of residential maintenance, refurbishment, and insurance reinstatement projects.

We’re a small, dynamic team with a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and friendly service — and we’re looking for like-minded professionals to collaborate on a flexible, project-by-project basis.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in residential building surveying.

- Solid background in party wall matters, building defect surveys, specifications, and contract admin.

- Confidence working independently and communicating with a variety of stakeholders – from homeowners and managing agents to architects and insurers.

- Well-organised, personable, and self-motivated.
