Davale Associates in Southampton is seeking Freelance Chefs to join our growing team, working across a variety of client sites in the Southampton area. The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to showcase culinary skills in different kitchens.

You'll work as a Freelance Chef at various client sites, including Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles, delivering high-quality food and service while maintaining food hygiene.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience.
• A positive attitude and a passion for food.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards.
• The ability to adapt to different clients and kitchen environments.
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable, and a valid Level 2 Food Safety qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard.
