Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed fabric condition surveys across multiple sites
• Identify and record defects, maintenance issues, and lifecycle requirements
• Prepare clear, concise reports with photographic evidence and recommendations
• Liaise with client stakeholders and contribute to the overall asset strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conducting fabric condition surveys
• Background in public sector or blue-light estates desirable
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Own transport essential due to multiple site locations
• Available for immediate start
