Salary: £190 – £210 per day
Location: South West London

I have a great opportunity for a Freelance Building Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor that specializes in the Social Housing sector, working in South West London.

The company is a family-run business that has been around for approximately 30 years. They have a wide and varied client base which includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Private Sector Clients.

As a business, they work on a range of projects including external works packages, decent homes, complete refurbishment of schools, gyms and houses, roof renewals, M&E works, and new build projects.

The business has a young, dynamic, and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place; they are further developing their client base and this is a great opportunity to join a growing business.

They are looking for a Freelance Building Surveyor to work on Social Housing / Decent Homes in South West London, for approximately 4 months. The Building Surveyor will be surveying around 8 units per day and up to 45 units per scheme. The ideal person will have a strong track record as a Building Surveyor within the Social Housing sector and be available for an immediate start.
