The John Rae Society, supported by the Heritage Fund and National Lottery players, is looking to appoint an architectural design team and business planning consultant as part of an exciting project to secure a sustainable future for Category A Listed Hall of Clestrain, Orkney. Deliverables of the contract include an Options Appraisal, Feasibility Assessment, Concept Design and Business Plan.
