Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience working with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics to guide evaluation of agent outputs.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify and fix issues in agent behavior.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure reliability under load.
