Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote opportunity offers pay up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives.

Most experts work 5-10 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 40 hours depending on project needs. You'll collaborate with leading AI organizations to design, coordinate, and optimize multi-step agent workflows, writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress-testing agents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
