Alice is seeking a Fraud Team Leader to guide analysts researching fraud detection, abuse vectors, and platform vulnerabilities across web and mobile services. You will set research direction, coordinate OSINT investigations, and translate findings into actionable mitigation guidance for clients.

In this role you will lead recruitment and mentoring, scale research tooling, work with logs, APIs, and automation, and present strategic insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in intelligence analysis, CTI, fraud detection or similar technical investigative role.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts, formal or technical lead.
• Experience managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Strong OPSEC principles at team level.
• Strong knowledge of WEBINT and OSINT, including social media and the dark web.
• Experience with logs, APIs, automation, and investigative tooling.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fraud threat analysts, including task allocation and performance feedback.
• Set research priorities and methodologies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Oversee investigations into fraud methods across web and mobile platforms.
• Design execution of fraud research methodologies, including validation of abuse scenarios.
• Own strategy for building, maintaining, and operating research environments and tooling.
• Analyze large datasets and artifacts to deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders, translating research into strategic guidance.
