Fraud Solicitor - Senior Paralegal - Manchester - Hybrid

A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join its well-regarded Insurance Fraud team based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of insurance fraud matters, including motor and casualty fraud. The role involves providing legal advice, handling litigated claims, and maintaining strong client communication.

Applicants should have experience in handling insurance fraud claims (Claimant or Defendant) and a solid grounding in both pre-litigation and litigation. Solicitors (NQ–2PQE) or senior paralegals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong client care and organisational skills are essential, along with a commercial approach and the ability to work to deadlines.

The Candidate

  • Senior Paralegal / Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Fraud matters
  • Experience of handling pre litigation and litigated Fraud claims
