Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Fraud Consulting Manager in London/Manchester. You will advise clients on fraud prevention, detection, and response, leveraging analytics, policy, technology and data to deliver practical risk solutions.

You will work with cutting-edge fraud technologies, lead mid-to-large projects, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires travel and stakeholder engagement across technology and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fraud or financial crime function in advisory, analytics, operations or leadership roles.
• Understanding of latest fraud regulations, specifically PSR APP Reimbursement.
• Experience with fraud technologies such as Feedzai, Featurespace, Falcon, Actimize, SAS, Quantexa.
• Experience delivering fraud analytics outputs to inform policy or action against fraud.
• Knowledge of how data & analytics can prevent and detect fraud.
• Demonstrable project management and delivery experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery including writing or contributing to user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness to lead engagements and identify opportunities.
• Ability to work across Technology and Business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on improving fraud prevention, detection, and response across policy, process, technology and data & analytics.
• Work with the latest technologies to solve fraud problems.
• Understand and present complex business problems to stakeholders.
• Be agile and adapt solutions to client circumstances as fraud evolves.
• Travel to client sites and work with global teams on delivery.
• Develop viewpoints on industry trends and contribute to proposals.
• Lead development of sales offerings and contribute SME insights.
• Coach teams and build Accenture Risk practice knowledge across stakeholders.
