Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead change projects within a complex financial environment. You will develop and manage project plans, communicate with stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.

This role requires solid governance, risk management, and agile practices, plus a track record in economic crime delivery and data transformation initiatives such as cloud migration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Experience in working in large, matrixed financial environments or similar.
• Proven track record in Economic Crime delivery execution.
• Familiarity with data transformation such as cloud migration.
• Solid understanding of project governance including change control, milestone closure, and risk-based decision‑making.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, both structured and Agile practices.
• Ability to manage complexity and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
