Your Role

As a Fraud Product & Optimisation Specialist, your role is to support and oversee our Fraud Product and Platforms, ensuring they are optimised to meet the current and future needs of our stakeholders within Counter-Fraud & Intelligence (CF&I) and broader IAG teams. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and service providers to deliver strategic outcomes, ensuring our platforms meet Risk & Regulatory Obligations and reporting targets.

This is a permanent role with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management
• Experience with product governance, preferably for technology platforms
• Experience ensuring products meet risk & regulatory obligations, with an awareness of the current regulatory landscape
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse groups including executives and subject matter experts
• Strong presentation skills for preparing and delivering executive-level reports
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills within complex organizations
• Understanding of fraud and corruption risks relevant to the general insurance industry
• Ability to evaluate business processes and provide insights for strategy and improvements
