Hastings Direct is seeking a Fraud Performance and Controls Lead to drive the design, performance and continuous improvement of our end-to-end Policy Fraud portfolio. As our Fraud Performance and Controls Lead, you’ll be leading the performance and optimisation or our end to end Policy Fraud portfolio, driving commercial value through the effective design, performance and continuous improvement of fraud controls, underwriting referrals and operational processes. You’ll act as the critical link between Underwriting, Analytics and Operations, with accountability for maximising fraud prevention outcomes, reducing friction for genuine customers and delivering sustainable profitability through an effective fraud control framework.
