Job description

My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Motor Fraud Paralegal to join their growing team in Birmingham.

The fraud team is one of my client's fastest growing departments. The team as a whole covers a large range of insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes; your role will primarily have an emphasis on motor fraud. You will be managing your own caseload of motor fraud claims, carrying out investigations, taking witness statements, interpreting medical records, and so on. There will be the opportunity to get involved with business development activities within your team and across the firm.

My client already has well-established, prominent clients with a steady stream of work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.

Salary: £32,000 DOE + bonus. There is plenty of flexibility with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Benefits include 25 days AL with the option to purchase a week, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, up to 8% employer pension contributions, private medical and dental insurance. Once you have completed 1 year, you are then enrolled into their solicitor training scheme where they will fund and support you through the SQE route and give you 1 day off a week to study.
