Job summary

Nationwide is recruiting for a Fraud SME Manager within the Integration Change team. You will provide expert input across the delivery lifecycle, defining current-state requirements and shaping future-state solutions for fraud operations within the integration programme.

You will work with Product, Technology and COO/Risk teams to ensure operational readiness, controls and customer journeys are embedded in new solutions, acting as a key validator of Fraud Operations requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lead SME across integration workstreams in a fraud/financial crime context.
• Ability to identify fraud risks, controls and operational requirements in processes and product design.
• Strong knowledge of current-state Fraud Operations processes, systems and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration programme across its portfolio of deliverables.
• Define current-state requirements and shape future-state solutions with impact and risk assessments.
• Validate Fraud Operations requirements through the delivery lifecycle and support business readiness.
