Reports to: Enforcement Manager

Location: Leicester, LE3 5BZ

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

  1. Use the data management system to raise and track progress on investigations.
  2. Follow complex processes to ensure data accuracy ready for enforcement.
  3. Using various data interrogation techniques to identify instances of energy theft.
  4. Manage overflow calls to deliver strong customer service, with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  5. Driving best practice and proactive change for the better.
  6. Team spirit to assist colleagues and promote the company brand.
  7. Able to work with multiple requests simultaneously and complete each task accurately and efficiently.
  8. To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and/or colleagues where required.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Good computer skills.
  3. Exceptional organisational skills.
  4. Ideally have previous experience within a Fraud Investigator role or Metering advisor, but not essential.
