Fraud Barrister, 2+ Years Experience, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a barrister looking to develop a strong practice in civil fraud, insurance fraud and financial disputes, working alongside leading solicitors and professional clients. REF:5227.

THE ROLE:

• This is an excellent opportunity for a barrister with a strong Personal Injury background who has developed an interest or practice in fraud, commercial, regulatory or employment litigation and is keen to broaden and grow their client base.
• You will undertake a varied fee-earning caseload, providing high-quality advocacy and legal advice while developing strong relationships with solicitors, clients and other professional contacts.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with instructing solicitors and professional clients.
• Take an active role in business development, including attending seminars, networking events and other client-facing activities.
• Help shape our seminar programme by identifying relevant topics and sharing your expertise through presentations and seminars.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from barristers with a minimum of 2 years' experience within fraud.
