A leading payments technology company is seeking a Fraud Analyst to investigate potential credit card fraud cases. In this role, you will respond to inquiries, analyze account history, and collaborate closely with customers and merchants. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma; previous experience in fraud is preferred but not essential. This position offers an opportunity to learn in a detailed supervision environment.

Summary of This Role
Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analyzes several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacts customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.
