As part of our investment in digital growth, we are enhancing customer experience and expanding our online channels. You will focus on activities like product trend analysis, performance evaluation, sourcing products from third-party brands like Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Hugo Boss, and ensuring optimal stock levels both online and in-store.

This role offers the chance to own a product category and develop a commercial strategy for its growth.

Salary: £22k + 20% discount across all group brands and Everlast Gyms
Start date: Immediate, with regular intakes throughout 2021 and 2022
Location: Shirebrook HQ

What will you be doing?

  • Expanding existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with brands like Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Hugo Boss.
  • Meeting with emerging and established brands to discover new categories.
  • Analyzing market trends to stay ahead in online buying.
  • Developing digital innovation within online purchasing and across the business.
  • Collaborating with teams to optimize sales based on consumer purchasing trends.
  • Reviewing top-performing products and maximizing their potential through stock or marketing strategies.
  • Keeping product catalogs updated, removing discontinued lines, and refreshing content as needed.
  • Analyzing product performance and adjusting budgets accordingly.
