As the Planning and Installation Coordinator for Frank & Honest coffee solutions, you will oversee the installation and operation of automated coffee machines across Musgrave-supplied retailers in Northern Ireland. Your role includes providing on-site training, collaborating with the Brand Support Manager, and working with Service Engineer Providers to ensure smooth operations and excellent consumer experiences.

Your expertise will facilitate a seamless rollout of Frank & Honest coffee machines, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Installation & Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate and manage the installation of automated coffee machines with third-party agencies, ensuring timely setup.
  • Maintain a database of machine locations, status, and performance.
  • Communicate plans, timelines, and requirements to relevant teams and store managers.
  • Provide in-store training on equipment use and troubleshooting support.
  • Conduct Coffee Excellence audits and share insights for improvements.
  • Stock Management & Ordering
    • Manage consumables and stock levels, including regular stock takes.
    • Train store personnel on stock control via the Musgrave Institute.
    • Work with store teams on daily stock management and automated ordering.
    • Implement waste management best practices; full training provided.
  • Rollout Support
    • Assist sales and finance teams with agreement sign-ups.
    • Provide updates on rollout plans, changes, and budgets.
    • Ensure availability of point-of-sale materials and digital tools.
    • Support installations across Northern Ireland.
    • Manage purchase orders via I-Procurement.
    • Coordinate installation plans, relocations, and asset records updates.
  • Knowledge & Skills
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, retail, foodservice, or coffee sectors.
    • Experience working with third-party suppliers and technical teams.
    • Expertise in stock forecasting aligned with rollout plans.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
    • Attention to detail, especially in data accuracy.
    • Problem-solving skills for proactive/reactive needs.
    • Customer-focused with commercial awareness.
