Deliveroo is seeking a Franchisee Manager for Enterprise QSR across the UK and Ireland. You will lead a large, multi-brand franchise portfolio, grow advertising impact, raise operational standards, and build strong relationships with franchise operators.
This field-based role requires commercial hunger, travel, and the ability to translate data into growth strategies while aligning with national plans. You will report to the Commercial team and contribute to quarterly reviews.
Franchisee Manager, Enterprise QSR (UK and Ireland)
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo's marketplace, shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data‑led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast‑paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand, this is the team for you.
As Franchisee Manager, you will be Deliveroo's main commercial presence on the ground across your region, looking after some of our largest and most complex franchise networks, including the UK's biggest QSR brands. You will be responsible for growing franchisee advertising impact, raising operational standards, and building strong relationships with franchise operators that drive real growth.
This role suits someone who combines genuine commercial hunger with the ability to build trust quickly across very different franchise operators, from a multi‑site owner running several restaurants to a network manager covering a whole region. You are comfortable in the field, self‑directed, and able to hold your own in commercial conversations without always having a senior sponsor in the room. You understand that great relationships and great commercial outcomes are not in tension.
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real‑world problems in a three‑sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving. We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to manage locally relevant challenges, influence national strategy, and join a team that values fairness and diverse talent.

We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong. We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio‑economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long‑term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
