We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks, and have recently launched a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with our other businesses, AFC, Sushi Circle, and Sushi Take, we generate annual sales of $2.5b with an EBITDA exceeding $140m.

Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Franchisee Coach ready to make a real impact across our franchised kiosks.

This hands-on role involves being the go-to expert for all things fresh food, especially sushi. You’ll work closely with Franchisees, providing proactive guidance and on-the-ground support to ensure top-quality products at every counter. Whether coaching on sushi skills, improving food safety practices, or troubleshooting quality concerns, you’ll help build confidence and capability across our network. Partnering with our Operations Team, you’ll be deployed where needed most to enhance skills and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular kiosk assessments to identify improvement areas in food quality and safety.
• Providing on-site coaching and training on sushi-making, knife skills, and operational excellence.
• Supporting new Franchisees with induction and orientation for long-term success.
• Monitoring training outcomes and evaluating performance improvements.
• Offering feedback to guide the development of our Franchisee network.
• Gathering insights to improve training materials based on field feedback.
• Collaborating with other Franchisee Coaches and the Operations Team for continuous improvement.
• Staying updated on trends and innovations in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
• Maintaining records of coaching activities and outcomes.

This role is about being proactive, people-focused, and passionate about food. You’ll drive our quality culture and help Franchisees exceed expectations.
