Position: Franchise Training Coach (North Region)

Company: Wonderfield Group

Contract: Full Time, Salary: £35,000, 40 hours/week

The Wonderfield Group, recently acquired by Zensho Holdings, a leading food service company in Japan, is seeking a passionate Franchisee Coach to support our franchised kiosks, especially in sushi and Asian-inspired food quality and safety.

You will work closely with franchisees, providing on-site coaching, training, and support to ensure high standards of food quality and safety, help new franchisees set up successfully, monitor training outcomes, and collaborate with the operations team to improve our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct kiosk assessments for food quality and safety
  • Deliver on-site training and coaching on sushi skills, safety, and operations
  • Support new franchisees with induction and onboarding
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve training materials
  • Stay updated on food trends and innovations
  • Maintain detailed records of coaching activities
