Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Franchisee Coach to make a real impact across our franchised kiosks.

This hands-on role requires you to be an expert in fresh food, especially sushi. You’ll work closely with Franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality products. Your responsibilities include coaching on sushi skills, food safety, troubleshooting, and building confidence in our network. You’ll partner with the Operations Team to deploy where needed, helping Franchisees improve skills and standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing kiosks regularly to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Providing on-site coaching and training on sushi-making, knife skills, and operations.
  • Supporting new Franchisees with induction and orientation.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and performance improvements.
  • Providing feedback to guide network development.
  • Gathering insights to improve training materials.
  • Collaborating with team members for continuous improvement.
  • Staying updated on trends in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
  • Maintaining records of activities and outcomes.
