Job description

PurposeThe Franchise Proposition & Change Manager plays a pivotal role in the prioritisation, delivery and adoption of strategic change. Working across transformation, technology, membership and operations, the role ensures new systems and process improvements are designed with franchisee needs in mind, delivered at pace, and embedded for long-term success.

Contribution
  • Work as part of a cross-functional product team to develop, prioritise, and deliver the Franchise Change Roadmap across Technology, Propositions, Operations, Membership and Q-Commerce
  • Lead propositional development for all missions unique to Franchise – Universities, Petrol Forecourts, Hospitals and Ministry of Defence sites
  • Lead the design, launch and evolution of new systems, services and operational improvements that meet the needs of diverse franchise partners
  • Visit stores and build close working relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders to test, iterate and embed change
  • Monitor and report on the performance of change initiatives and identify any opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Represent Franchise in Co-op wide governance forums, making sure that Franchise is at the forefront of change

  • Lead and deliver key product and change initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Represent product outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders and franchisees
  • Translate partner and customer insights into roadmap updates and change decisions
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Membership and Service teams to deliver integrated franchise initiatives.
  • Ensure franchise needs are reflected in cross-Co-op programme design and decisions.
